Did you know?

The body needs iron to perform different functions, e.g. to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles.

There are many foods, also of vegetable source, that contain high amounts of iron, more than meet! Here you can find some of them.
