Elizabeth is a registered dietitian from the US, a new mother, military spouse, pup mom, an avid foodie and recipe developer. She has worked in numerous hospitals and consider herself well informed— however, motherhood and pregnancy have been more challenging than she could have ever expected. She specializes in starting solids and baby led weaning.
Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan University. During her 5 years of practice, she has worked numerous hospitals, including Yale New Haven Health, providing nutritional counseling services to thousands of patients of all ages.
