Did you know?

Bell peppers are actually fruits, but have long been considered vegetables. There is a great diversity of this food, but the most common colors to find are green, orange, yellow and red. Peppers are known to be very rich in vitamins C, A and antioxidants. They are also good sources of vitamin E, B6 and fiber. The riper the peppers are, the more nutrients they contain.
