Hi there, I would like to know how can I introduce egg to my child?
I’m not sure about this… thank you!
Hi Nataly, eggs can be introduced from the beginning of complementary feeding (around the 6 months of age). They should be introduced initially in small quantities and in a way that they are fully cooked (hard-boiled, scrambled, in omelets, etc.) to avoid contamination with bacteria.
Remember that it is not necessary to separate the white from the yolk.
